No Refunds or Returns on Standard Orders

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other buyer’s remorse reasons.

Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. This includes:

• Product style, size, and color
• Shipping address

Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Why We Have This Policy

Every purchase you make with us plants one tree through our partnership with Ecologi. These trees are planted in verified reforestation projects around the world, helping to restore ecosystems, support biodiversity, and fight climate change.

To keep our environmental footprint as low as possible, we only print your items once your order is confirmed and fulfilled — we don’t hold pre-printed stock. This made-to-order approach significantly reduces waste and overproduction.

Because of this, each item is custom-created just for you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on accurately fulfilled orders.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design printed or wrong item shipped), we want to make it right.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A clear description of the problem

We’ll review your case promptly and, if the issue is our fault or due to a printing/fulfillment error, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you (where possible and reasonable).

Note: Minor variations in color, print placement, or finish due to the nature of printing on different fabrics are considered normal and not eligible for replacement.
