  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak drops or busy periods, we’ll keep you updated via email.

Shipping Options & Costs

We ship worldwide from Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order (most tees are lightweight but we use sturdy packaging to protect those premium prints).

  • Australia:
    • Standard Shipping: $10–15 AUD (usually 3–7 business days)
    • Express: Available at checkout (1–3 business days)
  • United States, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia & Rest of World:
    • Standard International: $15–30 USD equivalent (7–21 business days, varies by country)
    • Tracked options available at checkout for extra peace of mind.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track it directly from the link in the email or in your All Over The Shop account.

International Orders & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost.
  • We’re not liable for delays caused by customs.

Order Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with you to resolve it.
  • Wrong Item: Let us know immediately — we’ll make it right.
